About the Event

This session, led by Michelle Bartlett, PhD, Assistant Professor, with the Darden College of Education & Professional Studies, introduces practical strategies for effective collaboration between instructional designers and subject matter experts. Participants will learn how to work with ODU Global instructional design teams and other university experts to refine course structure, strengthen online learning experiences, and enhance student engagement. The session also highlights case studies of successful faculty-designer partnerships and offers actionable guidance for applying similar approaches in upcoming course revisions.
