How do my students view my course archives when they miss a class, or when a class in Gornto is cancelled due to weather or technical difficulties?

All course DVDs are kept in Multimedia Duplication and Viewing for one academic year.

Check website for hours of operation.

Student may view course copies at their sites.

Students should check with their site director about availability of course copies.

Courses taught from Higher Ed Centers and received on campus will have copies available in Multimedia Duplication

1.4.

Sites that miss a class session due to reception failure receive backup copies from main campus

In the event of large outages due to equipment or weather, Multimedia Duplication will make every effort to send back up copies to the sites within 24-36 hours. (We cannot ship on Saturdays so the time may be extended for Friday and Saturday courses.) Faculty members are requested to post as much material on Blackboard as possible.
