Purpose & Scope
Faculty may seek either technical support or instructional support when using Blackboard. Technical support requests should be directed to OCCS Technical Support Center. Technical support requests may include topics such as Blackboard availability, logging in, instructor access to course sites, combining course sites, adding teaching assistants. Instructional support should be directed to the Center for Learning and Teaching.
