As a central support unit, the Center for Learning Technologies provides a variety of services to faculty to support, supplement and enhance their teaching and learning. The Faculty Support website (FacSupport) provides an easy interface to request help and benefit from CLT services.
If you already have a username and password at CLT's Faculty Development website, then please login using that information. If not, create a new username and password by selecting New user, register here (this will also be your username and password for the Faculty Development website).
To submit a request to Faculty Support:
- Once you have logged in you will see your Account Home page. Here you can view your profile, submit a request/question, and view the status of your request/question.
- To submit a question or request via the online form, select Submit a new request/question or Request Support (top menu).
- At the choose request topic page, select the link that most closely relates to your request/question.
- Fill in the appropriate boxes and select Submit when you are finished.
- You will receive an initial e-mail confirming receipt, followed by additional e-mail(s) as we work to respond to your question/request. At anytime you may check the status of your request or cancel it by selecting View Request Status.
