This workshop is designed to offer you suggestions for managing your broadcast course and its video streaming component. In COURSE LOGISTICS we will cover broadcast room design and functions, Web resources, bookstore services, materials distribution, testing and student assessment, grade distribution, course evaluation, and orientation to site directors and their roles, the extended syllabus design, and copyright and fair use. In CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT we will cover interaction and collaboration with and among students, using the tools available in the classroom, and viewing your lectures. The goal of this workshop is to provide opportunities for faculty to become more informed about how best to manage a broadcast and video streamed course and its content. At the conclusion of the Administrative section of the course, participants will be able to: Identify and capably use administrative resources available to broadcast faculty. At the conclusion of the Classroom Management and Presentation sections of the course, participants will be able to: Identify course delivery environments and Identify and utilize options of content delivery within a course.
