|Description: || |
The Provost's Conversations on Teaching and Learning (PCTL) is a brown-bag lunch series. At each Conversation, a noted ODU professor will illustrate one aspect of his/her teaching (overall philosophy, examples of exemplary teaching moments, etc.). This will be followed by a discussion and a question-and-answer session. These Conversations are intended to provide the ODU faculty with opportunities to share, think, and reflect on a wide range of teaching and learning issues. Please see the Provost's Conversations on Teaching and Learning website, http://clt.odu.edu/pctl, for the list of upcoming Conversation leaders their topics, for the dates of future conversations, and for links that allow you to view past Conversations.
|Objectives: || |
These conversations are intended to provide faculty with opportunities to share, think, and reflect about a wide range of teaching and learning issues. To achieve this, award-winning faculty members will be invited to share their successful experiences as they reflect a variety of topics each semester.
