The utility will (1) confirm your operating system and web browser versions, (2) verify javascript is enabled, (3) verify java is enabled, (4) verify that RealPlayer® is installed and functioning, (5) verify that you can read Adobe Acrobat PDF files, (6) verify that you can fiew Macromedia Flash® files, and (7) report the result of the tests. A link to sources for missing applications is available so that you can download and install the necessary applications. NOTE: Not all courses utilize RealMedia® or Flash® files.
